Inventory Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for receiving all products and assuring shipments are correct.
Handle Inventory related paperwork and confirm with accounting.
Manage the flow of what’s coming in/going out and identify storage space.
Maintain the digital systems.
Container ordering and importing.
Maintains daily spreadsheets.
Provides quality service by following organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.

Key Responsibilities and Time Allocation:

Help maintain an efficient Inventory system.50%
Maintains Inventory and assists with preparing forecasts according to department needs.40%
Continuously works to cut costs and lower expenses.10%

Typical work hours are from 8 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday. Breaks and lunch periods will vary based on department deadlines and the schedules of fellow team members. Team members are expected to work extended hours during our peak production period in November and December. Typical hours during this period are from 7 am – 6 pm Sunday-Saturday.

Billing/Accounting Clerk

Job Summary:

Review job data for billing accuracy & prepare invoices for billing by working with shipping and customer service departments.
Communicate with customers to issue invoices/credit memos, statements, & to maintain the accuracy of customer account information.
Receive and process payments from customers.
Generate accounting and audit reports for receipts & sales.
Reconcile and report differences or issues found in AR/AP financial records.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Critical Competencies for Success:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Ability to efficiently operate a 10 key calculator or equivalent and other related office equipment.
Ability to adjust priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to use accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data.
Understanding of basic accounting terminology.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree with accounting coursework preferred.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Quickbooks preferred).
At least two years of administrative and/or accounting experience are required.

Typical work hours are from 8 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday. Breaks & lunch periods vary based on department deadlines and daily workload. Team members may be required to work extended hours when the closing of financial data is critical and/or during business peak times.
